Posting Custom Column Field amount to Chart Of Account

Im new in netsuite,
i made custom column field to count some commission for negotiator, from each sold item.
Is there anyway to posting automatically the value to expense account in chart of account , so i can track how much i pay the negotiator.

And How to include the account amount, in P/L Report
