Where does <NLUSERCOMPANYNAME> come from

I have <NLUSERCOMPANYNAME> in my email templates and I cannot figure out where that is populated from.

We changed our company name and I made changes to the Company Information in NS (https://system.netsuite.com/app/setup/company.nl?whence=) but that does not seem to be it.

Any help most appreciated!
