Restricting empoyees view of customers
I have an employee who is contracted, and works and accesses NetSuite from another location.
Each of our customers is assigned an OWNER (drop down list that sources employees) and a DEPARTMENT (drop down list that sources from department). Each employee has a report that shows them what customers are assigned to them.
For this employee that is contracted, currently he can see ALL customers. I need help creating a new roll, and form, so that he can only see customers assigned to him, and no others. I have restricted his access to "Default to own, subordinates only" and applied Department restrictions and now he can’t see any customers.
