Item receipt form testing

I have created a custom ITEM RECEIPT form and added a script to it. However, realised that I can't test the Form unless I make it as the default anf also I have to RECEIVE ITEMS for real to see if the script works..

Has anyone ever needed to change the Item Receipt form?
Any tips to test it without affected real data? or is there a way to delete RECEIPTED ITEMS after clicking RECEIVE?
