Paying for Enhancements
As with any business things have to be prioritised for the greater good, the problem with this being each business is different and those priorities may not be applicable.
Im mainly talking about enhancements that alot of NetSuite customers want but are having to wait years before they come out. Our answer to this, the option to pay for enhancements.
Granted, we shouldnt be having to pay more for a system that should have these features already, and also some companies do not have the funds and wont have the option to do so.
We currently have some urgent enhancements that stop us using certain parts of NetSuite, others that simply wont allow us to keep up with our competition.
