change selection way in multiselect field

Hi,

Is thee a way to specify the Maximum Entries in Dropdowns that will be displayed for customers in registration page? because I want to change the field layout in it.

I added a custom entity field to be displayed in registration page, and it appears as the customer should press control and select multiple options from that field, so I want this field to be displayed as the following img:
