Service TIcket - Email alias change

Good day all,
I'm a complete newbie to NetSuite and I need to change the alias to which new service tickets are sent?  I want them to be sent to the pre-sales team and I can't figure out how / where to change the destination of a new ticket creation email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
