Add "Payment Method" to Picking Ticket

I would like to include the payment type (mastercard, visa, amex, paypal) on my picking ticket.

I have some customers paying with paypal for their subscriptions and would like to flag them during the picking process.

Any idea what element and process I would need to add payment method to the custom PDF form?
