Customer Center - Custom Tab / Need Saved Search Title (Headers) to Show
Our business is repairing medical equipment.
We need our customers to be able to view exactly where their equipment is in the repair process (9 possible stages for their view).
I have created a Custom Tab that shows the repair flow for them.
There are nine portlets that correspond to nine different saved searches.
1.) Equipment In Evaluation - LSI Customer Center
2.) Fluid Found - LSI Customer Center
3.) Pending Customer Callback - LSI Customer Center
4.) Evaluation / Estimate Complete - LSI Customer Center
5.) Waiting for Customer Approval - LSI Customer Center
6.) Staging / Customer Approved
7.) Tech Bench - Currently Being Repaired
8.) QC Check / Work Completed
