Shipping (Box) Labels from fulfillment screen

I was just wondering how hard it would be to setup a way to automatically create a set of box labels directly from the fulfillment screen. Right now we copy and paste the address onto a separate document to create either 2 1/2page labels (international) or 2 1/4page labels for domestic shipment (that only uses half of the page).

I was thinking it would be great to have a button to automatically use the information stored (name, address, phone) to create a shipping label in PDF format. any suggestions on how to get this accomplished?

not sure this is the correct area to post this, so an admin can move it if it is not.
