Custom Login Announcements/Bulletins

Does anybody know if it is possible to script a custom login announcement or bulletin to be posted as users log into NetSuite?  In other words, I'd like to be able to post certain company announcements in a fashion similar to how NetSuite will display "scheduled maintenance announcements" to Administrators when they login.
