How to Create Case when Specific Product is Ordered
We sell a couple of "Upgrade" products that require User Return Instructions and the Creation of a Return Authorization. Our Support team needs to know when these "Upgrade" products are ordered.
I'm sure that more sophisticated options may be available, but at this point we would just like to automatically generate a Support Case with the the Sales Order number and Client information in the message body.
Is this possible? Where would I start?
Can you do this with a Saved Search?
Should I learn SuiteScript? I don't know where to start.
