Add document when printing quote

edited Jan 8, 2020 3:36AM in SuiteCloud / Customization

There is a pdf document that needs to be sent out with quotes/estimates. I can think of a couple ways that could be achieved but I can't find a way to automate it in NetSuite.

[LIST=1]
[*]Add the document as the last page to quotes. The problem is I can't see any way of customizing the printing process.
[*]Add the document as an attachment and email directly from NetSuite. The problem is that relies on the sales rep remember to add the attachment because I can't see a way to automatically add an attachment.
[*]Create a custom button to print the quote and the document. I started looking through the documentation but I'm not sure this is even possible yet. Then I rely on the sales reps to click the correct button.

Howdy, Stranger!
