Can we exclude weekend days in date field!!!!

Hi All ,
  I have two date fields 1)To Date
                                2)From Date
for which i want to get no. of days that is calculated by subtracting            To date-From Date,which is easy to get,but while subtracting  i would like to exclude weekend days.
Is it possible...
