Bit Shifting in NetSuite

I'm a novice when it comes to building formulas in NetSuite, but we have a need to have a variable be a calculated field that takes a second variable and bit shifts the value to the right by a third variable and return a result. 

We're trying to calculate v2 as follows:

v2 = v3 >> v1  //shifted to the right

I can't work out what I can use in NetSuite to accomplish bit shifting.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
