Save - Send Transaction as PDF or HTML email
I would really like to figure out how the system decides when/how it will send a transaction as an attached PDF or as an HTML email.
When we create and save a sales order in NetSuite, we always check the "To Be Emailed" box. Sometimes it goes to the recipient as an attached PDF and sometimes as an HTML email. Can we permanently set this to HTML? And why does it change without reason?
Any and all help would be very very helpful.
