Multi select in item option or transcation column field.

Dear All

I need to setup different set options in my estimate for each line item selection. But my problem is i can not add multiple selection to item options.

So i am trying to come up with a solution like i have to implement custom records for each item selectiona dn need to autopopulate in estimate line item when i select item..

Can somebody help me any advice how to do that.

i can not autopopulate custom records in a list column fields...
