Making two publisher dashboards the same

Hi
I am trying to work out how to synch two publisher roles. We have two people working on netsuite in our company and we both make amends to a role. Because the publisher configuration in relation to what searches/portlets are stored to a person's individual role, we often overwrite each others layout when we publish.

Is there a way to say make sure we are both looking at the same publisher role?
