User Login & Password from Backend

Hi,

I dont know if it is possible but I've had a few customers very few who have had problems registering online to checkout.. is there a way to make a user from the backend and associate a password so basically a customer can go and login using the username and password and find their order there for them to pay?
I know OScommerce did this...and it would help those few customers and maybe help other memebers too?

Any help appreciated.
