How can I remove the right column in a tab page?

I have a site at http://www.idsupershop.com. I wish to use a tab as my home page. Currently it has a 3 column layout when I use this feature. How can I remove the right column completely so when I use the message field (in the Welcome tab) with formatted HTML content it will not be squeezed into the left side of the page?
