Showing a filtered list/specific list/sublist based on another list/dropdown

Hi
Say I had two drop down lists. Parent and child list, I wish to choose something from parent list which will filter child list.

For example I have a parent list with "Staff Referrer" and "Company Referrer". Choosing "Staff Referrer" would show in the child list staff A, staff b and so on. Then the same with choosing the "Company Referrer" would show comp A, comp B and so on.

Is this possible?
