Extra space added when printing from Netsuite

I'm printing 4" x 6" labels on a Zebra printer.  When I print from Netsuite there is an extra 5/8"  margin on the top and bottom of the label.  When I download the PDF file and print from Adobe this doesn't happen.  Is there a way to keep this from happening?  I don't see a setting anywhere.
