Online store checkout - credit card fields

Hey there,

We've just started looking at using the netsuite store while using paypal and invoicing as the only checkout payment methods.
However when these are the only two payment methods, the credit card fields are still shown (albeit disabled), which is likely confusing for customers.

Netsuite support has stated that there is no function to hide these fields, but I'm wondering however if anyone knows of a simple customization method which would allow them to be hidden?
