Search formula to determine 'Time to close case'
Hi,
Im creating a Case saved search, and im trying to determine the length of time it takes to close the case. I am using Formula (date/time) field to do this.
Anyone know how to write formula to determine how long it takes to close a case?
I tried this, but it doesnt work:
{Datecreated}-{closed}
Any help would be appreciated.
Im thinking this is something that has long been sought after and many people would find it handy. (I know its available in Support reports).
Thanks,
NS-Jedi
