can't transform salesorder to invoice

Hi All,

I want to transform salesorder into invoice. i am using the following command
where salesorder internalid=1299.

nlapiTransformRecord('salesorder',1299,'invoice');

but getting the following error

You can not initialize invoice: invalid reference 1299.

The advanced billing feature is also enabled
