Onsite/Netsuite Users Unite!
Our company launched NetSuite 8/1/11 - we also integrated several third party software platforms into the system - one of which is Onsite POS. Our Onsite support and sales reps have been great - but we're looking to connect with other Netsuite and Onsite users to develop some partnerships that we can work with to help solve common problems. Would be curious to hear if others are experiencing similar issues related to slow speeds (Netsuite issue) during checkout, lengthy return/exchange process and other related issues. Would love to connect with some industry partners.
