Integration with Customer Webstores

We dropship for some of our customers and have had requests for their webstores to  
(1) access to our inventory for availability
and (2) send orders to our store without human intervention.
We can implement (2) by importing a .csv file from our customers.
We would prefer to receive these orders seamlessly because of both time and resource considerations on our part.  We do not know how accomplish (1).
BTW, we have the Small Business version of NetSuite. 
Does anyone have experience in this area?
