Email time entries to customers for approval

We use a saved search to email about a 100-plus customers a list of billable time entries.  We'd like to add some interaction and include in the message body a button or link that says,  "yes, these hours are accurage" and one that says "No, these hours are not accurate."  Anybody ever send an mass email out with "accept/reject" functionality?
