Need help with formula for predictive order date
I would like to create a saved search formula that would calculate ordering cycles for customers and be able to flag when a customer is x number of days over their average.
For the Columns I would like:
Name
Date of First Order
Date of Last Order
Order Count (we already have this field as a custom entity field = custentity_invoice_count)
Predicted next order (last order date + (Last Order - First Order)/Order Count
Days overdue (Today-predicted next order)
If anyone can offer some help, I would sure appreciate it. Also, where does one turn to (other than the user group and online support) to start learning the basics of SQL formulas?
