Mass Update Roles?

Hi all,

Is it possible to update multiple roles at once?

Previous administrator gave edit rights over customers to ALL ROLES. Currentl\y we have over 250 roles in the company and anyone could potentially edit/create/remove customers.

Is it possible to have most roles this right removed and then add the rights only to those that actually need them?
