Credit card subtab

Hi - I need to modify the Credit Card subtab found at:
customer > financial > credit card

I want to remove the check box for "Default credit card"

I've looked in entry forms but not finding it. Anyone know where that is?

I would also like to create a saved search to find any customers which have a credit card with this box checked.  Ideas about where that field is ?
