Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Conditionally alter HTML Transaction Form based on Item List
(Relatively new to the user group, so apologies if this is addressed already, or is in the wrong form).
Background:
We currently process about 10-15K donations a month; and our donors receive a tax receipt email using a Transaction Form HTML template. We have an integration script that uses SuiteTalk to create CashSale records.
Goal / Challenge:
I need to customize the contents of that HTML Transaction Form email to include 1 extra line in the footer (outside of the main item list table generated by NLCOLUMNS), based on the CashSaleItemList.
Business rule to enforce:
If there is an item that falls under a parent item of "Merchandise" (or alternatively, if any of the items is the "Shipping") then I need to suppress a message in the template that reads "No goods or services were provided in return for your contribution."
