What's missing from a system admin point of view?
As I've been an administrator developing and delivering customizations for end users I quickly realized there are quite a few customizations that could be very beneficial for system admins in 360. For example, having a customization that allowed a system admin to see plain english transcripts of what permissions allow users to do would make life significantly easier (I know there's an xls for this, but seeing it in the application would be sweet).
I'm hoping to help system admins start putting together a toolbox of sharable scripts that enhance our ability to manage within the system. One of the first things I'd like to share out is user management (i.e., password resets) for users that is leveraged from a help desk support case.
