Search result column array - get value
Hi all,
I'm trying to follow the procedure from this thread: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=33293&highlight=nlapisendemail
I'm having trouble getting the value from the search result's columns array. Using both:
var custID=searchResult.getValue(columns[5]);
and
var custID=searchResult.getText(columns[5]);
I get the result custID={string}.
When I look in the local variables and navigate to searchRecord -> columns, columns[5]=600069 (the customer ID).
What am I doing wrong? Why isn't custID=600069?
