2013.2 Release changes Custom Field Schemas

FYI - NetSuite decided to change all the custom field IDs from UPPER CASE to lower case for Web Services in release 2013.2. 

I'm sure this was buried in the release notes somewhere and we should have tested ALL of our integrations with the Release Preview, but I'm still peeved that I'm spending my day updating all of our scripts because they broke over the weekend.
