Back Orders
I was thinking today that it would be real nice to have a button on a sales order that, when clicked, would automatically remove all back ordered items from that sales order and move them to a new sales order. Has anyone encountered anything like this? I can think of a few ways to write that script, and it would be worthwhile with all of the back orders that we have. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
The script will need to remove the back ordered items from the original and, probably, create a brand new order with all necessary order information duplicated, then add the backordered items to the new order.
