Scheduling Appointments for Employees
I am managing a netsuite install for a car shop, but for the sake of this question it could be a tanning salon or any business that is scheduling appointments for multiple employees throughout the day.
I have been dabbling in the "scheduling" area of netsuite, creating "Events" as appointments, assigning employees, setting up reminders. etc.
I am trying to customize the "Daily" view to be a chart with rows as hours, and columns for separate employees. That way when I need to delegate a job to a specific technician, i can quickly see which technicians are available at which time.
