Email Customers via Workflow Limits
Hi All,
Just checking to see if anyone has come across a similar issue. I'm trying to email invoices back out to a specific customer who says they never received them.
I have a Saved Search which returns the 50 invoice transactions and a transaction based workflow that emails the customer (based on the saved search) with the invoice as an attachment.
My problem is that only the first 20 invoices are sent out. I've adjusted the search but can only ever get 20 emails to be generated.
Any ideas?
