Date Leading Zero

I'm not sure it's the right category to post this question but lets do it

All the list of netsuite showing a date, show the dates without the leading zeros like
1/1/2018
1/12/2018
12/1/2018

We want
01/01/2018
01/12/2018
12/01/2018

So far, I did not see a setup somewhere. Anyone has a solution for that ?
