Restrict items from view (and global search) by role?
This may be a very basic question, but I'm hoping there's a simple answer. I'd like to make a certain segment of items invisible to users of certain roles (internal users, not customers).
I can see when customizing a role, that there are "Class Restrictions", which can be applied to Items if "Apply to Items" is checked... but once that's checked, how do I designate a class as not viewable by that role? Not seeing anything on class records that would accomplish this. Am I just missing something?
