SSO from Salesforce Customer Community to NetSuite Customer Centre
Hi,
Please forgive any apparent lack of understanding around NetSuite, I'm new to the platform and have a lot to get through!
I've been able to set up Salesforce.com as an identity provider and can use SAML to log into NetSuite as an internal user; I now need to do the same for customers who authenticate against Salesforce as an external identity user then click the 'pay my invoice' link in our portal. We want to avoid having to issue two usernames / passwords to our customers.
Does anyone have any experiences with this, or similar, configurations?
Thanks,
Adam
