Extensions need to be Provisioned??

I have not yet had a Netsuite be able to tell me what the world provisioned means when you want to add extension to our SCS site.

To benefit from and use these extensions, a number of conditions must have been met:
[LIST]
[*]Your account must have been provisioned with the corresponding SuiteCommerce extension bundle.
[*]Your account administrator must have installed the bundle.
[*]Some SuiteCommerce extensions may be dependent on the latest release of NetSuite. Check that your account has been upgraded to the latest version.
[*]For those extensions requiring activation, your account administrator must have activated the extension for your website domain.
