Dynamic Center Links

I have a number of Center Links. The links require the full URL, from "https://" to the end. When I refresh our Sandbox environment, the links are still referencing the Production URL. I then manually have to change each of the links every time I refresh the environment. Is there a way to make this dynamic to make the URL match the environment?
