Getting "not a valid internal id" after "Sync Script IDs"

I'm getting numerous errors in the IDE that say '"xxxx" is not a valid internal id', when of course they are all valid internal IDs else the scripts wouldn't work as they do.  If this validation code is broken I need to be able to just turn it off, and I can't figure out how to do that.  I also get numerous warnings with '"xxxxx" is not a valid field for "yyyy"' when of course it is a valid field.

I'm using Eclipse Luna Service Release 2 (4.4.2) with SuiteCloud IDE 2014.2.0.e3 Build Date 20 Mar 2015 18:54;07.

What should I do ? (other than log a Gold support request)
