Return Authorization Report

I have not been able to find a report listing our RAs anywhere. I can find the list, and try and run a search, though the results with the exact same criteria can be different and/or not return everything it should. Is there a way to get an RA report? We would really like it to be broken down by month with a count on the quantity and amount returned. Any help is appreciated.
