custom search & KPI shows wrong total
Hi,
I need to show all Open Sales Orders by departments on the Home page. So I created custom search for each department as the following:
Filters:
Type=is Sales Order
Department=deptname
Billing Status=Open
Results:
Columns:
Number [Group By] - Grouping by Sales Order #
Amount (Net) [Maximum] - If I put SUM, i get repeated sums
Number [Count] - This is always 1, so I can get the sales order count at the end of the list.
This query should group the result set by Sales Order, however it groups by items and/or other things that I cannot see.
