Problem with KPI reports

Hi -

We are having a problem with some of the KPI reports that we set up.  We have created the saved searches, and they are visible on the dashboard.

However, we would like our Account Executives to only see their own information. Instead, they are seeing a total of ALL Prospects, Closed-Won sales, etc. 

How can we set it so they are only seeing information pertaining to records which are assigned to them?
