"List" report?

Hello,

I am trying to generate a references list out of NetSuite that I can present to other prospects.  I can get the information in a list, but can't find a way to format it in such a way that it's presentable (no NetSuite UI elements, include a title and logo, etc).  I thought I'd be able to create a report to get it formatted correctly, but reporting only seems to do aggregate data, not lists?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?
