Sales totals without shipping

Hi there,
We are starting a loyalty program for customers based on how much they spent w/ us the previous year.

However, we don't want to reward them on shipping.

In the customer dash board how can we get a KPI showing sales less shipping/handling?

Any suggestions would be appreciated!
