Reporting on a Customer who has numerous projects.

Is there a simpler way to run a report, lets say a sales report, for 1 customer, but this customer has 100 different projects &/or sub-customers.  Right now when I go into the report under filter I have to select each project/sub-customer so it's included in my report.  Is there any easier way to choose the Parent Customer & it would include all the subs & projects?
